Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 12, 2026 · Last reviewed: August 12, 2026
NgRAN Technologies ("NgRAN", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website — primarily through product registration and datasheet downloads — why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you under applicable data protection law, wherever in the world you are located.
1. What we collect
We collect personal data you provide directly, and limited technical data collected automatically.
- Registration data: full name, work email, phone number, company/organisation, job title, country, and stated purpose — collected when you register to download a product datasheet.
- Download activity: which product datasheet(s) you downloaded and when.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs and essential cookies.
- Communications: any information you provide when you contact sales or support.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive/special-category data (e.g. health, biometric, or religious data) through this website, and ask that you do not submit such data to us.
2. How we use it & legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR/UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Fulfilling a datasheet download you requested | Performance of a contract / your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Responding to sales & support enquiries | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Sending relevant product updates | Consent, given at registration (Art. 6(1)(a)) — withdrawable anytime |
| Securing the site, preventing abuse | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Complying with legal obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
Where we rely on your consent (for example, product update emails), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
3. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure or database strictly under contract, bound to process data only on our instructions;
- Regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required by law;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the same protections described here.
4. International data transfers
NgRAN serves customers globally, so your data may be processed in a country other than your own. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
5. Data retention
We retain registration and download records for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, and no longer than 36 months from your last activity, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials for any account access, parameterised database queries, role-based access to the admin console, and restricted, logged access to registration records. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your data.

8. Cookies & similar technologies
This site uses:
- Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session cookie, CSRF token, theme preference) required for the site and download-gating to function — these do not require consent under most frameworks (including ePrivacy/GDPR) because they are essential to a service you requested.
- No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this website.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling the session cookie will prevent registration-gated downloads from working.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last reviewed" date above; where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
